Remember that hobby you used to love? Dust it off! Reconnecting with your passions can be incredibly healing. For me, it was painting - who knew I'd end up with a living room full of questionable artwork?
The Power of Professional Help
Therapists are like personal trainers for your mind. They've got the tools to help you build emotional muscles you didn't even know you had. Plus, it's nice to have someone who listens without trying to fix your hair or offer you snacks (looking at you, Mom).
